CEO Leadership Coaching (CLC)

It’s becoming increasingly essential for the dental professional to acquire the skills needed to improve their knowledge and effectiveness as a leader.

IPAC In-office Program

Our TMFD Financial, Practice Management Consulting service offers a comprehensive package designed to provide you and your team members with a clear path towards implementing current infection prevention and control standards into your dental practice in Ontario.

How it Works

We assess the dental practice’s current infection control process with an on- site visit. Then we collaborate with you and your team members to create a detailed plan to implement any necessary changes.

Included in this program is an Infection Prevention and Control Manual, customized for your practice. The manual will contain required policies, reprocessing procedures, environmental cleaning schedules, and manufacturer’s instructions for use regarding water quality testing and sterilizer maintenance.

In addition to this assessment, we will help your team understand and achieve the industry norm goals associated with a dental supply purchasing budget.
