Matthew Wilton is a litigation lawyer specializing in health law. He has been assisting dentists in litigation matters, RCDS matters, Principal-Associate disputes, practice breakup lawsuits and arbitrations, and employment law matters for the last 35 years. As a litigator, Matthew has appeared before the RCDS Discipline Committee, the Ontario Divisional Court, the Ontario Court of Appeal, the Federal Court of Appeal, and the Supreme Court of Canada.
